Responsibilities
- Parcel & Mail Handling: Receive, sort, log, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and freight (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, courier services) efficiently and accurately.
- Shipping & Outbound Operations: Prepare outgoing shipments, print shipping labels, weigh packages, verify addresses, and schedule daily carrier pickups.
- Tracking & Inventory: Utilize digital logging systems to track delivered parcels, notify recipients, obtain signatures upon drop-off, and maintain an accurate digital audit trail.
- Office & Document Support: Assist with basic printing, copying, scanning, document finishing, or restocking office/mailroom supplies as needed.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with internal staff, tenants, external vendors, and delivery drivers; address delivery inquiries promptly.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate basic mailroom machinery (postage meters, scales, box cutters, hand trucks, dolly equipment) safely and report maintenance needs.
