Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a closely related role.
- strong attention to detail, reliability, and comfort following established technical workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate empathy and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Specialized training or prior coursework in customer relations.
- Basic understanding of compliance standards and work routines within the medical or technology industry.

Responsibilities
- Support daily customer needs: Guide customers through product sales, active promotions, and system installations with clear, helpful communication.
- Resolve complex claims: Address customer complaints and claims fairly and efficiently in accordance with consumer laws and company standards.
- Proactively educate customers: Help design and share educational initiatives that keep our customer base informed and supported.
- Drive service improvements: Analyze survey results and direct feedback to assist in building actionable improvement plans.
- Follow established guidelines: Apply structured, technical procedures to maintain consistent service quality and compliance.
