Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer presentation, and pre-onboarding for mid- to senior-level technical and engineering roles.
- Targeted Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage active and passive engineering candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks, and trade associations.
- Hiring Partner Liaison: Work closely with Engineering Directors, Shop Operations Managers, and HR leadership to define job requisitions, establish clear candidate profiles, and set realistic hiring timelines.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidates' technical qualifications, hands-on manufacturing/fabrication background, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a sustainable network of skilled engineering professionals familiar with fabrication, HVAC/chiller systems, pressure vessels, power systems, or modular industrial construction.
- Process Tracking: Maintain accurate ATS records (sourcing notes, candidate stages, interview feedback) and provide regular status updates to leadership.
