Responsibilities
- Process, code, and enter high-volume vendor invoices into the accounting system with high accuracy.
- Perform 3-way matching (POs, receiving logs, and invoices) and investigate pricing or quantity mismatches.
- Prepare and execute weekly payment disbursements, including check runs, ACH transfers, and wires.
- Serve as the main contact for vendor inquiries, maintaining external relationships and resolving account issues.
- Reconcile vendor statements and sub-ledgers to keep accounts up to date.
- Support month-end close activities, year-end audit preparation, and annual 1099 processing.
