What You Will Do
- Drive Cash Applications: Accurately process and post 100–150 daily ACH transactions across 5 distinct accounts during peak volume days.
- Maintain Financial Integrity: Reconcile accounts daily, support month-end close procedures, and anticipate transaction surges with planned overtime during peak closes..
- Support Cross-Functional Operations: Facilitate audit requests, when needed, manually issue customer invoices, and promptly manage general AR mailbox inquiries across corporate divisions.
- Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Partner closely with collections to resolve account discrepancies, tackle special projects with dedicated training from leadership, and continuously enhance departmental workflows.
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience, including high-volume cash posting and account reconciliations.
- Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience navigating ERP systems and standard accounting software.
- Core Competencies: Demonstrated organizational skills, attentive communication with corporate clients, and an eagerness to take notes, ask questions, and learn new financial processes.
