Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a client’s project by running the internal flow and follow up with minimal oversight.
• Participate in assigned project and special tasks as assigned by management within a set timeframe.
• Break work down into process steps, plans, anticipate for challenges, and identify solutions
• Participate in and deliver presentations related to own professional/technical and business area.
• Communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues as appropriate in a timely manner.
• Develop an effective working relationship with each team member and internal departments. Value and leverage diverse perspectives. 
• Share information, knowledge, and experience within the team and across team boundaries.
• Support and contribute to the client-centric culture, taking responsibility for client satisfaction and retention.
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with proficiency.
• Candidates must be flexible to work outside normal hours and be available for overtime during high-volume periods.
