Our client is an industry-leading manufacturer based in West Sayville, NY specializing in essential power systems and electronic equipment for fire, EMS, and emergency services. When first responders answer a call, they count on their products to perform flawlessly—and they are looking for a motivated candidate to join their team as a Customer Service Representative!

salary: $20 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated, primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
- Handle roughly 10–15 calls and emails daily regarding product quotes, pricing, order status, and availability.
- Learn to provide basic technical troubleshooting and support for specialty vehicle electrical products (chargers, pumps, monitors).
- Process purchase orders and update customer details using Microsoft Excel and our specialized software.
- Coordinate directly with production teams to track orders and ensure timely deliveries.
