Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to customers following completed vehicle services to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Place outbound calls to confirm upcoming service appointments.
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with clients across multiple channels, including phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries with a high standard of professional service, upholding top-tier quality standards.
- Accurately update customer records, logs, and service history in database systems.
- Client relations, and phone etiquette skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to handle clear, professional communication across phone, email, and text channels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability to work the required schedule, including mandatory Sunday hours.
