Responsibilities

• Processing full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing customers, tracking payments, and issuing vendor disbursements.
  
  
• Performing routine bank and credit card reconciliations to verify statement accuracy and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  
  
• Maintaining and updating the general ledger by preparing standard monthly journal entries and assisting with month-end closing procedures.
  
  
• Possessing a minimum of three years of hands-on bookkeeping experience utilizing standard accounting software such as QuickBooks. 
  
  
• Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel, high attention to detail, and a proven track record of maintaining confidentiality with financial data.
