Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Proactively identify, engage, and pipeline qualified clinical talent nationwide, specializing in hard-to-fill pharmacy roles such as Pharmacists and Pharmacy Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top-tier clinical pharmacy talent.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM databases, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates for current and prospective healthcare openings.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with organizational hiring demands.
- Engage passive candidates and deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience.
- 3–5 years of specialized experience as a Clinical Sourcer in healthcare or staffing.
- Demonstrated track record of sourcing specialized pharmacy roles (e.g., Pharmacists, Pharmacy Managers).
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong networking capabilities.
- Dedicated remote workspace located within the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zones.
