In this onsite role, you will be a strategic partner driving the talent acquisition strategy for vital union and bargaining positions. Your Impact and Opportunities

• Drive Strategic Sourcing: Develop diverse talent pipelines through innovative active sourcing techniques to meet evolving business needs.
  
  
• Cultivate Partnerships: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, leveraging your market insights to optimize hiring decisions.
  
  
• Lead the Candidate Journey: Spearhead the full life cycle recruitment process, ensuring a best-in-class experience from pre-employment testing (EEI) to seamless offer administration.
  
  
• Innovate & Streamline: Collaborate with stakeholders to elevate TA programs and drive continuous improvement across our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Workday platforms.
  
  

Qualifications for Success

• Essential: 6+ years of proven success as a full life cycle recruiter.
  
  
• Essential: Demonstrated union/bargaining hiring knowledge and experience partnering with Labor Relations.
  
  
• Essential: Proficiency in leveraging an ATS and Workday for efficient talent management.
  
  
• Essential: Excellent communication skills with the agility to manage competing priorities effectively.
  
  
• Preferred: BS/BA degree in HR or Business; experience with local diversity recruitment events.
