- Previous experience in mortgage/loan processing, banking, or high-volume administrative support preferred
- Organizational skills with an eagle eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with standard office software and loan origination/CRM tools

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Loan Officers to gather, audit, and organize essential borrower documentation (proof of income, tax records, asset statements, and employment verifications)
- Meticulously review application packages to spot and resolve discrepancies, missing data, or inaccuracies prior to underwriting submission
- Retrieve and evaluate credit reporting data to ensure files meet program guidelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, ensuring every applicant and guest experiences prompt, professional communication
- Manage calendars and coordinate with title agents, buyers, and lenders to schedule smooth, on-time closings
- Track loan milestones proactively to keep processing schedules on target
