Randstad is currently looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative for our manufacturing industry client. If you are a proactive communicator looking to launch a long-term sales career, this role provides direct exposure to commercial client management, distribution logistics, and sales pipeline operations.  What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or related administrative roles preferred. An equivalent mix of education and practical experience will also be considered.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to juggle order accuracy with urgent client requests in a fast-paced wholesale environment

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Vet and prioritize prospective business leads.
• Order Processing: Enter, track, and coordinate orders with logistics teams.
• Client Support: Resolve account inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Daily Outreach: Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Cross-Team Support: Assist sales and marketing with reports, campaigns, and admin tasks.
• Sales Coverage: Serve as direct backup for Inside Sales Representatives
