Randstad is seeking a Tax Accounting Specialist to manage tax compliance, streamline AP/AR workflows, and keep our client's day-to-day office running smoothly. Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of tax compliance, W-9/1099 processing and use tax
• Proven background in general ledger accounting, AP/AR workflows, and compliance
• Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP systems) and automated bill-processing tools (DOKKA)
• High attention to detail with reconciliation and vendor-management skills
• Ability to multitask between analytical accounting tasks and operational support

This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Audit AP bills for use tax accuracy and identify tax-savings on resale items.
• Manage year-end W-9 vendor compliance and research software solutions/NetSuite capabilities for in-house 1099 production.
• Review daily bills in DOKKA, process expense reports, and forward approved bills to AP.
• Monitor customer accounts weekly to manage outstanding credits, track term discounts, and handle special payment arrangements.
• Create and maintain accurate vendor profiles in NetSuite.
• Oversee office purchasing (supplies, snacks) and serve as the point of contact for external vendor reps.
