Responsibilities

Lead cost analysis for manufacturing operations, including product costing, standard
cost reviews, variance analysis, and cost of goods sold analysis
 Support inventory accounting processes, including valuation, reserves, and physical
count reconciliations
 Lead key parts of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including journal
entries, accruals, and reconciliations
 Prepare and maintain account reconciliations, investigating and resolving
discrepancies on time
 Drive year-end clean-up of balance sheet accounts and help prepare audit
schedules
 Work with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure accurate posting,
aging, and reconciliation of subledgers to the general ledger
 Prepare and review balance sheet and P&L accounts to ensure accuracy and
compliance with GAAP
 Maintain fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and
reporting
 Assist in preparing internal and external financial statements

 Ensure accurate revenue and expense recognition in line with company policy and
GAAP standards
 Partner with FP&A and operations teams to provide cost and financial insights that
support business decisions
 Help improve accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency and
accuracy
 Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff
 Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed
 Perform other duties as assigned
