Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end full-cycle Accounts Payable processing (2-way and 3-way matching, invoice verification, GL coding, and approval routing).
  
  
• Manage weekly payment runs via ACH, wire, and check batches while maintaining accurate cash disbursement logs.
  
  
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate billing discrepancies, and resolve unvouchered receipts.
  
  
• Maintain vendor master files, including obtaining updated W-9 forms and assisting with annual 1099 filings.
  
  
• Support month-end close activities, including AP accruals, prepaid expense tracking, and sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations.
  
  
• Partner with procurement, operations, and external vendors to streamline invoice turnaround times and strengthen vendor relationships.
