In this role, you will identify market potential on Remanufacturing business, secure strategic alignment with Business Areas. You will also orchestrate implementation of the agreed strategy from securing design for circularity to launching new offers. Finally, you will put in place tools and metrics to assess suppliers’ performance .

Responsibilities
- Consolidate commercial needs on Reman & Circular business including priorities, risks, and opportunities across entities and functions.
- Drive a clear cross-functional circular strategy for your business areas on a regional basis.
- Act as a connector across Business areas, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders to maximize synergies and alignment.
- Identify and foster business opportunities with suppliers, including innovation pipeline, early-phase collaboration, and outside-in market intelligence.
- Secure Reman & Circular pre-requisites are defined in order to be embedded in RFQ to suppliers and fulfilled at supplier awards.
- Lead investigations, prepare recommendations, escalation points, and decision material for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Support implementation of long-term competitive offers through proactive supplier engagement in upstream phases.
- Represent Purchasing and prepare reporting in dedicated governance and executive interactions with the business areas
- Drive consistency in how the client engages with suppliers on Reman and Circularity through common ways of working, governance principles, and reporting
- Contribute to the continuous development of tools, metrics and operating model
- Gather and connect data to assess suppliers’ performance
- Ensure an effective collaboration model with key Business Areas, balancing speed, consistency, trust, and transparency
