Responsibilities
Position Details/Responsibilities:
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, website updates, email marketing, online advertising, and audience engagement.
- Create compelling content and graphics for company social media channels, website, newsletters, press releases, and promotional courses.
- Design brand-appropriate visual assets or coordinate with visual artists across various media (flyers, literature, videos, posters, label design, and product mockups).
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and seasonal campaigns to promote pool chemicals and water treatment products.
- Plan and facilitate national tradeshows and tabletop exhibits from start to finish (booth design, materials shipping, hotel bookings, paperwork, and setup/teardown).
- Manage the marketing calendar, monitor budgets and expenses, and track campaign ROI and sales performance data alongside the Sales Manager.
- Handle departmental administrative workflows, including vendor communications, promotional merchandise ordering/inventory, calendar management, and travel logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- A submitted portfolio or work samples demonstrating digital media graphics, visual art, and professional writing.
