As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will be at the heart of daily order fulfillment. You will prepare and package critical pharmaceutical shipments following cold-chain procedures, assemble insulated shipping coolers, and manage packaging materials like gel ice packs and protective wrap. You will also handle incoming deliveries, distribute hardware and office equipment, and process outbound mail utilizing FedEx, UPS, and USPS systems. Assemble shipping coolers and restock materials, including boxes, bubble wrap, and gel ice packs. Process, weigh, and record outgoing packages using USPS, FedEx, and UPS systems. Inspect, sort, and distribute incoming mail, express deliveries, and departmental supplies. Transport computer hardware, office furniture, and equipment safely using carts and dollies. Collaborate with pharmacy staff to meet fulfillment goals averaging 18 orders per hour. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, mail processing, or warehouse fulfillment. Working knowledge of USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipping procedures and regulations. Experience in cold-chain logistics, pharmacy, or healthcare settings strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard internet tools. multitasking skills, solid time management, and high discretion with confidential materials.
