Responsibilities



High-Volume Document Review: Examine and audit specific clauses, terms, and provisions across 2,258 active contract agreements.

Data Validation & Verification: Cross-reference physical or digital contract documents against internal databases or tracking systems to ensure critical details match accurately.

Tracking & Progress Reporting: Log audited agreements, record discrepancies or missing clauses, and report completion metrics against tight daily/weekly targets.

Data Entry & System Updates: Input corrected metadata, amendment statuses, or contract tags into the organization's document management system (DMS) or ERP.

Quality Control & Escalation: Flag ambiguous terms, non-standard language, or expired agreements to supervisors or legal operations teams for resolution.
