How You Will Make an Impact Instead of just managing tasks, you will spearhead initiatives that transform our commercial spaces:
- Lead with Vision: Oversee comprehensive Real Estate and TI projects, ensuring seamless progression through construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Drive Execution: Develop dynamic project plans, meticulously managing budgets, schedules, and risks to keep workstreams on track.
- Cultivate Partnerships: Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, landlords, architects, and general contractors to foster a supportive and accountable environment.
- Optimize Operations: Proactively resolve cost pressures and schedule delays to maintain momentum and minimize business disruption.
- Essential: 5+ years of robust project management experience, championing facilities, construction, or TI projects.
- Essential: Proven ability to independently drive deliverables across external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
- Essential: Proficiency in standard project management tools (Excel, Teams) and robust stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Real Estate; PMP or CCM certification.
