Responsibilities

• Keep everyone in sync: Connect the dots between homeowners, subcontractors, and our internal team so projects move along without a hitch.
  
  
• Run the calendar: Schedule meetings, site visits, inspections, and project milestones to keep timelines on track.
  
  
• Be the welcoming voice: Handle incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and deliver prompt, friendly service to homeowners and vendors alike.
  
  
• Keep records pristine: Organize files, update project documentation, and keep digital systems tidy and current.
