Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Heavy Lifting: Regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Packaging: Efficiently pack finished products and prepare them for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Support: Assist in organizing stock and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
- Machine Operation: Perform entry-level operation and monitoring of production machinery.
- Quality Control: Visually inspect products during the packaging process to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or packaging environment is highly preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn basic machine operations and safety protocols.
- Reliability:Good attendance record and the ability to arrive on time for the 7:30 AM shift start.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow specific instructions to ensure accurate packaging and labeling.
