Key Responsibilities:
- CMM Expertise: You will set up and operate CMM machines to ensure high-precision measurement standards.
- Multi-Stage Inspection: From incoming materials to 1st article set-ups and final finished parts, you will be the gatekeeper of our product quality.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Quality Manager to maintain equipment and manage daily records.
- Mentorship: Share your expertise by helping train production staff on basic inspection tools.
- Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a CNC manufacturing environment.
- Tool Mastery: Proficiency with all standard inspection instruments used for close-tolerance work.
- Technical Skills: strong computer skills and a preference for those with ISO/AS9100 training.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting 30–50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of all incoming materials.
