- Workflow Planning: Assigning daily tasks to the team to ensure shipping deadlines are met.
- Training: Onboarding new hires on safety protocols, equipment, and software.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring KPIs such as "units picked per hour" or "order accuracy rates."
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and conducting accident investigations if necessary.

Responsibilities
- Receiving: Unloading trucks, checking manifests for accuracy, and inspecting goods for any damages.
- Picking & Packing: Locating items in the warehouse using picking lists or RF scanners, and securely packing them for shipment.
- Loading: Palletizing finished orders and loading them onto outbound trailers.
- Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and hazard-free workspace (sweeping, removing shrink wrap, and breaking down boxes).
- Inventory Support: Assisting with cycle counts and ensuring items are stored in their correct locations.
