Randstad is looking for a Sanitation Performance Coach to drive excellence during our overnight cleaning window. This is a "player-coach" role—you’ll be on the floor, hands-on with the equipment, while ensuring your team hits the highest safety and cleanliness standards.



salary: $20 - $20.15 per hour

work hours: 8 PM - 4:30 AM

Responsibilities

The Role

• Performance Coaching: Walk the floor to mentor talent, troubleshoot cleaning gaps, and ensure the shift finishes on time and "audit-ready."
  
  
• Hands-On Sanitation: Lead the charge using high-pressure water machines and chemical scrubbing techniques to sanitize food production lines.
  
  
• Safety Watchdog: Identify and report potential hazards immediately. You are the guardian of a safe work environment.
  
  
• bilingual Communication: Effectively deliver instructions and safety briefings in both English and Spanish.
  
  

What You Bring

• Experience: Solid background in industrial sanitation (food manufacturing experience is a major plus).
  
  
• Language: Full fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  
  
• Physicality: Ability to handle high-pressure hoses, work with cleaning chemicals, and stay active on your feet all night.
  
  
• Leadership: A natural ability to coach others and maintain high morale at 3:00 AM.
