Responsibilities
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on all plant machinery including cutting lines,
tempering furnaces, CNC machines, polishing equipment, and automated handling systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues to
ensure minimal disruption to production.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence of
equipment failures.
Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, logs, and documentation in line with regulatory
and company standards.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize equipment performance and identify
opportunities for process improvements.
Determine material, parts and equipment to be used for repair and communicate needs to
supervisor.
Manage spare parts inventory, order replacements, and ensure critical components are readily
available.
Supervise contractors and vendors performing maintenance or installations on-site.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE)
regulations.
Support commissioning and installation of new equipment and modifications to existing systems.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including TPM (Total Productive
Maintenance), 5S, and lean manufacturing projects.
Comply with all company safety protocols.
