What You’ll Need
- Experience: Proven competence in machine operation (press experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and internal data systems) to process and communicate requirements.
- Language: Must be fluent in English (Read, Write, and Speak).
- Precision: An eye for detail and the ability to follow complex "Work Sheet / Traveler" instructions accurately.
- Communication: A proactive approach to reporting equipment, quality, or material issues to management immediately.
- Manager will review your resume and confirm interview time.
- 2 Interviews: Virtual interview is required prior to the on-site at our Torrance facility. Offer extended after the in person interview.

Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Before setting up job pull the ‘green’ inventory tag from the material. Ensure
material part number matches work sheet / traveler and the material shelf life
will meet the order requirement.
Contact supervisor immediately if material does not meet shelf-life
requirements.
When setting up to run an order through one of the presses review the Work
Sheet / Traveler, inspection report, dimensional requirements, packaging, and
handling requirements.
Set up and adjust the equipment to ensure that product meets all quality
requirements and specifications.
Check die(s) to ensure that it matches the Work Sheet / Traveler. Report wrong
or damaged dies to supervisor immediately.
Perform all in-process inspection as specified on the Work Sheet / Traveler,
and/or inspection report.
Notify supervision of any quality / process or equipment issues immediately
On all new jobs, verify the time requirements for the respective process
(standard vs. actual). If requirements cannot be met, notify supervision
immediately.
Adhere to all safety requirements to ensure safe operation of equipment,
processes, and related employee safety requirements are met.

Other Duties:
Maintain good 5S (workplace organization) on machines and around work area.
Maintain machine preventive maintenance as called out by machine manual and
/ or log.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
