Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
 Monitor and operate blow molding machines and plastics auxiliary equipment after process technician has setup
machine and with process technician supervision.
 Monitor blenders, material levels, and part quality output. Work with process technicians to inform process technician
of defects so machine can be adjusted.
 Make minor adjustments to machine as needed to produce good high-quality product. After two-week documented
with signed training and under the supervision of the process technician.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 Clean out for color changes and make color changes in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. Includes down combers on
machine and mobi hoppers. DOES NOT clean blenders and grinders.
 Clean heads on machine at top of machine accessed by stairs with railing for lava rocks with proper PPE.
 Willingness to accept direction and coaching from others.
 Maintain a clean work area.
 Any other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
