Responsibilities
- Setup and operate CNC Lathes and Mills to produce complex, high-precision components.
- Perform thorough in-process inspections using a variety of precision measuring tools to ensure 100% compliance with blueprint specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in alignment with ISO-compliant quality standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to optimize cycle times and maintain rigorous quality benchmarks.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in CNC machining (preferred).
- Technical Skills: strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic shop math.
- Blueprints: Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Quality Focus: A dedicated commitment to "right-the-first-time" manufacturing and quality excellence.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Trade Certification in CNC Machining is a significant plus.
- Machine Setup: Proven experience in independent machine setup is highly desired.
