- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain and repair plant equipment including piping systems, HVAC, VFDs, and rotating equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance (PMs), inspections, and equipment testing
- Install and modify machinery, process equipment, and utilities
- Perform welding, pipefitting, plumbing, and facility repairs
- Diagnose equipment failures and support root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation (work orders, parts usage, labor tracking)
- Follow strict HSE, OSHA, and chemical safety protocols, including PPE and LOTO
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Maintain clean and safe maintenance areas
- High school diploma or equivalent required (technical training preferred)
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (chemical or process manufacturing preferred)
- strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and facility systems
- Experience with VFDs, piping systems, HVAC, and rotating equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work instructions
- Comfortable working around chemicals, coatings, and industrial processes
- Valid driver’s license required

- Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
- $32–$34/hr + $1/hr shift differential

Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, trouble-shoot and overhaul machinery and process equipment including but not limited to piping systems, electrical systems, variable-frequency drive, HVAC, buildings, and rotating equipment.
- Perform tasks on electrical, plumbing, pipefitting, structural repair, grounds and sewer repair, welding, brazing and soldering, HVAC.
- Install machinery, process equipment and associated utilities. Check and calibrate systems after installation and make necessary changes, adjustments and modifications to obtain desired results.
- Performs preventive/predictive maintenance on assigned equipment by visually inspecting, greasing, testing
