We are seeking a dedicated CNC Operator with 1+ years of experience to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce precision components that meet strict engineering specifications and quality standards. You will ensure machines are loaded with the correct materials, properly maintained, and operated safely while consistently meeting production goals.





salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts to specification.

• Setup: Load materials, set up tooling, and verify machine readiness.
  
  
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and work instructions.
  
  
• Quality Control: Perform inspections and quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
  
  
• Monitoring: Monitor machine operations, adjust settings, and report any issues or malfunctions.
  
  
• Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and maintain accurate production/quality records.
  
  
• Safety: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment while wearing required PPE.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of CNC operation experience.

• Attention to Detail: strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
  
  
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with clear communication skills.
  
  
• Physical Demands:
  
  
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs.
    
    
  • Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
    
    
  • Manual dexterity for handling parts and tooling.
