Randstad is seeking a reliable, high-energy Warehouse Associate II to join a  fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout our daily operations. As a Level II Associate, we are looking for a candidate who brings a solid foundation of warehouse experience and the ability to operate equipment both safely and effectively. 

salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 11:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts (reach truck, cherry picker, or sit-down), pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.

Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.

Logistics Support: Assist with loading/unloading trailers and organizing pallet storage.

Safety Leadership: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards.



The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 7 hours at one time
