Responsibilities
- Inbound Processing: Efficiently unload inbound shipments from delivery trucks and containers.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods for damages or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Inventory Verification: Reconcile physical counts against packing slips and purchase orders to ensure data integrity.
- Put-Away: Move verified inventory to designated storage bins or racks using manual or motorized equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Use handheld scanners or pick sheets to accurately locate and retrieve items for customer orders.
- Secure Packaging: Wrap, pad, and pack items securely into boxes or mailers to prevent damage during transit.
- Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment by clearing aisles and disposing of debris.
