- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, weld symbols, and specifications to plan layout and assembly.
- Fabrication: Use grinders, torches, and saws to prep materials; clamp and tack-weld parts according to dimensions
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of professional MIG and TIG experience (shop or field).
- Technical Skill: Ability to pass a hands-on welding test during the interview.
- Safety Mindset: Strict adherence to PPE requirements and shop safety protocols
