Role Overview We are looking for a motivated, hardworking Warehouse Production Associate to join our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that products are received, processed, and shipped with speed and accuracy. This is a physically active role perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and working in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Production & Assembly: Efficiently assemble products or kits on a production line according to specific guidelines.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and automated inventory systems.
- Inbound/Outbound: Assist in loading and unloading trailers; verify incoming shipments against manifests for accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects to ensure only the best products reach our customers.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace; follow all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a shift (8–10 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to read order sheets, labels, and digital screens with high accuracy.
- Team Player: Willingness to jump in and help other departments during peak volumes.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
1. Core Production & Logistics
These are the daily tasks that keep the supply chain moving.
- Order Fulfillment: Picking items from shelves based on digital or paper "pick tickets" and prepping them for shipment.
- Loading & Unloading: Manually or mechanically moving freight from delivery trucks into the warehouse (and vice versa).
- Packing & Labeling: Securing items in boxes, applying correct shipping labels, and ensuring fragile items are protected.
- Palletizing: Stacking boxes onto pallets in a stable, secure manner and using shrink-wrap machines to prep them for transport.
