• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Second Shift)

The Role This is a high-energy, physically demanding position essential to the production line. You will be responsible for:

• Team Lifting: Partnering with a teammate to lift and move materials weighing up to 70 lbs.
  
  
• Material Transport: Carrying materials up industrial stairs to reach machine loading platforms.
  
  
• Machine Loading: Ensuring the machines stay fed with raw materials to maintain production flow.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Retrieve materials from the storage area and transport them to the production floor.
  
  
• Team Lifting: Perform frequent team lifts of up to 70 lbs, coordinating closely with partners to ensure safe movement.
  
  
• Stair Navigation: Safely carry materials up industrial stairs to reach machine loading platforms.
  
  
• Machine Feeding: Consistently load material into the machine according to production specifications and timing.
  
  
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all PPE requirements and ergonomic safety protocols to prevent injury in a high-intensity environment.
  
  
• Inventory Support: Monitor material levels and alert supervisors when stock is running low.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time
