- Physical assembly, wiring and testing of control panels for industrial equipment.
- Accurate fabrication of high-quality custom control panels using panel drawings, schematics, and appropriate tool in order to effectively complete product assembly.
- Fabricate panels to print, including layout and physical mounting of components to the back panel, wiring of all components and point-to-point testing to ensure proper wiring.
- Use drills, taps, wire strippers and associated wiring tools in a safe manner.
- Perform quality continuity checks using multimeter.
- Minimum of 2 years experience doing electrical controls assembly in a manufacturing related field (or related Vocational School credits)
- Must also have the skill to communicate professionally and effectively, both orally and written, will all appropriate parties.
