Responsibilities
- Operate specialized machinery and hand tools to manufacture high-precision medical device components according to strict blueprints.
- Perform detailed visual and manual inspections of products using microscopes and micrometers to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Document all production activities and quality checks in real-time to maintain full compliance with FDA and ISO regulations.
- Work within a controlled cleanroom environment, strictly following gowning and sterilization procedures to prevent contamination.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or product defects to supervisors to minimize waste and production downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while meeting daily production quotas in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing setting.
