Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex manufacturing equipment failures across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience with these machines is a Must
EVO ( high speed inserting machine ), inder ( unwinding rolls ), Swing arms ( inserting machine )
- Experience on MBO, Bell and Howell is required.
- PLC Diagnostics: Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot machine logic, identify faults, and isolate equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) inspections and service on production machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life cycles.
- Mechanical & Hydraulic Systems: Repair and maintain mechanical components including gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, pumps, valves, and hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders or actuators.
- Electrical Systems: Troubleshoot and repair electrical control panels, motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), relays, switches, and wiring in compliance with safety standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Log maintenance activities accurately in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and suggest equipment modifications to improve safety, efficiency, and reliability.
