Pay & Schedule:
- Great Pay: $25.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential ($27.00/hour total)
- Clear Schedule: 2/2/3 straight night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) — means more consecutive days off!
- Training: 2 weeks on day shift before moving to nights.

- Experience operating any type of industrial machinery (CNC is a plus, but definitely not required! We just need someone with some basic mechanical skill above a simple push-button role).

- High level of attention to detail for visual and quality checks.
- Physical ability to stand/walk for the shift and lift up to 30 lbs. continually (50 lbs. occasionally).

Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, run, and monitor industrial machinery and CNC equipment (with the long-term goal of managing 2 machines simultaneously).
- Quality Control: Perform visual and dimensional checks on heavy commercial vehicle brake parts throughout the shift to ensure they meet exact specs.
- Routine Maintenance: Handle basic troubleshooting, machine cleaning (internal and external), and periodic cutting tool replacements or offset adjustments.
- Material Handling: Move raw materials and finished parts safely through the facility using forklifts, cranes, and electric pallet jacks.
- Workplace Safety & 6S: Maintain a clean, highly organized work area and strictly follow all safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
- Problem Solving: Participate in root-cause analysis for any safety, quality, or production issues that arise on the line.
