What Our Client Is Looking For
- Proven Management: 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing large team populations in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
- LEAN Subject Matter Expert: 5+ years of practical, "hands-on" experience implementing LEAN and continuous improvement frameworks.
- People & Change Leadership: interpersonal skills with a track record of mentoring supervisors, managing flexible staffing models, and guiding teams through operational changes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of maintaining strict safety standards, including OSHA compliance and equipment regulations.
- Schedule Flexibility: Full commitment to owning the evening shift, with the ability to occasionally travel to other regional facilities if needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Drive LEAN & Continuous Improvement: Act as the site’s PM shift champion for LEAN methodologies, designing training programs and leading operational efficiency initiatives.
- Shift Operations & Execution: Lead evening fulfillment, receiving, and shipping processes to hit strict metrics around productivity, quality, and accuracy.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop a large team of frontline associates and direct-report supervisors using modern performance management tools.
- Labor & Resource Planning: Design flexible staffing strategies to successfully navigate workflow spikes and seasonal demands.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safety-first culture, ensuring 100% compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and industrial equipment standards.
- Asset & Inventory Control: Oversee building upkeep, equipment maintenance, and rigorous inventory accuracy during the shift.
