We don't just spray paint—we build the armor that keeps industries running. And right now, we’re looking for a skilled Industrial Painter / Coating Technician who takes pride in flawless execution and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
What You’ll Be Doing (The Real Grit):
- Prepping like a pro: Media blasting, degreasing, and masking heavy equipment and structural steel. If the prep isn't perfect, the coat isn't perfect.
- Wielding the heavy artillery: Operating airless, conventional, and plural component spray systems.
- Mixing the chemistry: Prepping epoxies, urethanes, and zincs to exact manufacturer specs.
- Defending quality: Using wet and dry film gauges (mil gauges) to ensure our coatings can survive a warzone.
- Owning your gear: Maintaining your pumps, guns, and respirators like your life depends on it (because, well, your safety does).
- Experience: At least 2+ years of industrial or automotive spray painting experience. (If you’ve only used a roller or a rattle can, this isn't the gig for you).
- The Eye: You spot a run, a sag, or an orange peel from a mile away—and you care enough to fix it.
- Stamina: You can handle the suit, the respirator, and the physical demands of moving around heavy components.
- Safety First Mentality: You respect OSHA, PPE, and hazardous waste disposal like a religion
salary: $28 - $34 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
