Job Overview We are seeking a skilled, safety-conscious Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep our high-performance manufacturing facility running at peak efficiency. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational uptime, diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing complex machinery. Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine preventative maintenance and rapid-response repairs on advanced industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze complex mechanical malfunctions to determine root causes and implement effective, lasting solutions.
- System Diagnostics: Read and interpret schematics to safely diagnose and service pneumatic, gas, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Electrical Work: Utilize logic controllers to monitor equipment functions and use diagnostic tools (like electrical meters) to safely test components.
- High-Voltage & Elevated Safety: Safely work around high-voltage equipment and operate scissor lifts or forklifts at elevated heights adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts utilized.
- Experience: Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related manufacturing field is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: strong proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, gas/pneumatic systems, and reading schematics.
- Tools & Equipment: Skilled in using electrical testers/diagnostic tools and experienced in operating forklifts and scissor lifts.
- Core Competencies: strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
