Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Conduct testing and document quality results accurately
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations
- Identify and report quality issues, defects, or non-conforming products
- Verify sanitation, GMP, and HACCP compliance throughout the facility
- Maintain detailed quality records, logs, and reports
- Assist with investigations and corrective action processes
- Collaborate with Production and Warehouse teams to resolve quality concerns
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment as required
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
