Key Responsibilities
- Facility Maintenance: Perform routine tasks including HVAC filter changes, coil cleaning, basic plumbing resets, and light electrical troubleshooting.
- Equipment Monitoring: Assist in monitoring building automation systems, rooftop units, and commercial condensing units.
- Tenant Satisfaction: Respond to daily tenant comfort calls and maintenance requests professionally.
- Safety First: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols on roofs and inside facilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to pass a foundational engineering check.
- Exceptional work ethic, dependability, and a desire to learn.
- Preferred: HVAC certification/degree from trade programs like MCC (Penn Valley) or JCCC.
