- Experience: 2+ years of supervisory or management experience specifically within a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- WMS Knowledge: Prior experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems is required (experience with SAP is a major plus).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proven track record of leading teams through high-volume, fast-moving shifts.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Direct daily outbound operations, providing hands-on coaching, training, and motivation to warehouse staff to foster a culture of accountability and safety.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing workflows and implement strategic improvements to elevate fulfillment accuracy, speed, and overall service quality.
- Inventory Integrity: Research, track down, and resolve any outbound inventory discrepancies or variances.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with upper management to align daily shift outputs with broader corporate goals.
