Site Operations & Fulfillment Lead (Launch Site)
In high-volume hubs and expansion markets, a dedicated leadership presence is required at the launch pad to manage the physical preparation of cargo and site safety.
- The Role: You lead the ground-based fulfillment team located at the launch pad. You report into the aviation staffing and operations management structure, overseeing the critical final steps of the delivery process.
- The Technical Connection: Your team is the final touchpoint for the product. You manage the process of receiving goods from the retail staff, ensuring they are packed into specialized aerodynamic containers, and securing the custom tethering hardware for automated winch systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of site safety protocols and ground-crew compliance with aviation standards.
- Managing the inventory of flight consumables (packaging, hooks, and hardware).
- Training Site Associates on high-precision packing and attachment techniques to ensure flight safety.
- Advantages: This role places you at the forefront of aviation technology and logistics. You manage technical operations and high-tier staffing without the requirement of being the primary flight pilot.
