We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a stand-up reach truck to move, stack, stage, and retrieve raw ingredients and finished products in our high-density storage racks.  We pride ourselves on quality, safety, and teamwork. Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely and proficiently operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to move, stage, and store products.
  
  
• Product Handling: Ensure the proper handling, stacking, and storage of inventory to prevent product damage and maintain warehouse organization.
  
  
• Order Verification: Apply basic mathematical skills to accurately pick orders and verify case counts against the Bill of Lading (BOL).
  
  
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively communicate operational issues, discrepancies, or inefficiencies to management to support process improvements.
  
  
• Operational Flexibility: Perform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors to support changing business needs.
