What You’ll Do:
- Pull and move lumber materials safely across the yard.
- Assemble lumber components for shipment using hand tools.
- Maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Tool Proficiency: Must be skilled with a tape measure and standard hand tools.
- Required Gear: You must bring your own hammer and tape measure to the job.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation is an absolute must.
- Standard Schedule: Monday through Thursday.
- Flexibility: Weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) is required for potential overtime.

- Material Handling: Pull, sort, and stage specific lumber types according to order sheets.
- Assembly: Build structural components (like trusses or panels) using a hammer, tape measure, and fasteners.
- Quality & Accuracy: Measure lumber precisely and inspect finished products for tight joints and correct dimensions.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep the yard and assembly lines clear of debris and follow all team lifting and PPE guidelines.
- Physical Demands: Stand for long shifts, work outdoors in changing weather, and repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
